So I just recently came across a couple of websites that I’m sure will help me, and anyone else, that are down the path to building a small business. Hopefully these sites will help anyone else out there who’s looking for information and resources on small businesses. I know that it’s a frustrating road, and reliable information is not easy to be found(not to mention information that is easy to comprehend).
The first link is to Avery, a label company. Upon searching for labels I could use for my products I found that Avery is catering to more small business owners(I have no idea for how long, I just recently decided to visit their site). They’re selling things to design signs, shelf tags, and more. All you have to do is buy the labels you want, which they have quite a selection to choose from. Then you bring them home, go online and signup at Avery and you can design your own labels right there online for free! You can use your own logo, add text, and they have a bunch of templates you can start out with and modify. And when you’re done, you can save the design to reuse it later, print it out, and just place on your product. It’s really easy looking, and I personally can’t wait to try it out. You can visit the site by following this link here. It will lead you to the Avery Customizable Marketing Solutions page.
The next link is to the SBA, or the U.S. Small Business Administration. Here they have a ton of useful information about starting a business, and even free online courses to help you get started with your business. They’re even aiming towards young entrepreneurs, with a guide to help you get started finding out all you need to know. There’s information on business plans and writing them, getting financing, and a bunch more. I’ll go ahead and post a few links:
Have fun, and good luck with your business!
