Kiss Nail Dress: Review

Ok, ok, I admit it. I’ve been procrastinating and kept putting this review off (a terrible habit, I know). I suppose I just got lazy during the past few days. But since I have this week off I’m going to try to get more posts done. I’ve been planning way too many and haven’t had nearly enough time to execute the plans. So, I will be getting ready for my 31 Day Challenge posts (I decided to jump on this bandwagon along with Two Lacquered GirlsΒ & Everysensory) and I’m hoping to get some cute candles made, but we’ll see what happens with that one. Any ways, on to the review. πŸ™‚

After the not-so-satisfactory results from the Jamberry Nail Shields (cute as they might be, they just didn’t cut it for me) I had the urge to give another type of nail sticker a go. I came across these beautiful stickers at Publix in the makeup isle. I’ve also seen them before at Target and CVS. I’m sure you can find them just about anywhere. These can be used on bare nails, or over a color of your choice. I found that they were incredibly easy to put on, and if I were to get the positioning wrong the first time all I had to do was gently peel it back off and try again. The stickers were also a lot thinner and more natural feeling on my nails than the Jamberry ones. The box says that they’re supposed to last up to 10 days on your nails, and I didn’t have any problem with them peeling up at all. I’m positive they would have lasted the full 10 days, but on my second day I decided to peel them off(which was also very easy considering how well they remained in place) because the rhinestones on them were becoming distracting. I can honestly say that I love these stickers, and they come in a nice variety of designs, ones with rhinestones and those without. You can even use scissors to cut them into cute shapes and make a completely different design! I will have to try these again sometime, and I will definitely be sure to post pics on my new Facebook pageΒ and on my Instagram profile ( katie_at_bg ). Until next time,
