Day 20: Water Marble

This one was definitely interesting to try out. My first hand ended up being a huge flop, but I learned by the time I got to my right hand I needed to have more layers of polish in the water. Again I decided to use some of the polish that I got from my China Glaze 2012 Halloween Collection. So I went with layers of Roughish Red, Bizarre Blurple, and a normal white polish for some stark contrast. All in all it was VERY messy, but also very fun to do. I know that this look, along with any other nail design, will take  practice before I can make it look halfway decent enough to wear outside of my home.

TThese are nice. I try to get artsy fartsy when doing my nails and it takes forever to get right. I tried newspaper nails and the words only came out on my thumb. I’m not giving up but it is frustrating. Kudos to you and those can!

Nail art does take practice, and with the right tools it can be a lot easier. Keep trying, keep practicing, and you’ll be able to create great designs. Just be ready to back away when you’re frustrated or you’ll loose the passion.
