My Top 5 Favorite Spring Polishes

Spring has officially sprung here in Florida! Disney has started their annual Flower Festival, everyone’s car is covered in pollen, and my brother and dad have been downing allergy medicine like it’s a life-saving antidote (Side note: I’m super happy I don’t have spring allergies 90% of the time). So to celebrate the season I’m bringing to you my list of favorite spring polishes. Enjoy!

1. Tickled Pink by Wet n Wild

Tickled Pink is a super pretty pastel petal pink (I dare you to say that 5 times fast). It’s a cheaper made polish from Wet n Wild, so it took a good 3 coats to get full color. However, the color lasts quite a while with minimal tip-chipping and wear. Even though it’s not as well made as other brands, this is still by far one of my favorite colors in my collection.

2. I Need A Refresh-Mint by Wet n Wild

While the name makes you think it should be a minty color, I Need A Refresh-Mint is more of a sky blue polish than a mint or even teal. But that’s fine since this polish is still a beautiful spring color, and almost a robin’s egg blue. I only needed 1 coat to get full coverage, but I always use 2 coats for safety’s sake (and hey, creature of habit).

3. On A Trip by Wet n Wild

Oddly enough this polish is actually a lot lighter than any of my pictures can get. On A Trip is a pleasant light purple polish, and like it’s other Wet n Wild Megalast siblings you only need 1 coat for full coverage.

4. Mellow Yellow by Sally Hansen

Ah Mellow Yellow. I don’t always wear yellow polishes, but when I do it’s this one. No seriously, this is the only shade of yellow I can stand to have in my collection. Haha. This polish needs 2 coats to get full coverage, and surprisingly lasts quite a while on the nails.

5. Mint Sorbet by Sally Hansen

If you’re searching for an awesome mint polish for spring, look no further. Where I Need A Refresh-Mint lacks in the minty department, Mint Sorbet makes up for it entirely. This is an awesome light minty green polish, needing 2 coats for full coverage.

So there you have it, my top 5 favorite polishes for spring. Out of them all, I’d have to say Tickled Pink is my personal favorite, but I’m biased because my favorite color is pink. šŸ™‚ What about you guys? What is your favorite polish to wear for spring? Let me know in the comments below!

I quite like the look of the “On a Trip” polish! It’s different than most polishes you’d expect to see for spring, but still very appropriate!
