TGIF!!! It’s Friday guys! Does anyone have any exciting plans? Mine aren’t crazy – mostly cleaning up around the house and working on some blog posts for you guys. 🙂 Today I’m going over September’s Ipsy Glam Bag.
For starters, the makeup bag itself is GORGEOUS. I think this is my second favorite bag (first favorite being last month’s bag). September’s theme was Glamazon, so this month was all about getting glammed up.
My bag came with some pretty nice stuff. Let’s get into it!
EyeKo London Liquid Eyeliner
This is a pure black liquid eyeliner in felt-tip pen form and I am in love! It goes on super easy and stays put all day long. The tip is super gentle and goes on easily, even over shadows. Oh, and it’s waterproof. ❤
IT Cosmetics Superhero Mascara
I already love IT Cosmetics (in fact, I used their Naturally Pretty Palette in my last post). And I’ve used and like their Hello Lashes Mascara, so I was confident that this one would be another great product. I was not wrong! It’s a wonderful black mascara, and the wand is shaped to wrap each lash with product while delivering separation and curl. It’s also formulated with biotin and collagen to help strengthen and plump your lashes! Needless to say my lashes went from “meh” to “OMG” in one sweep.
Waxing Kara Sweet Lips Honey Lip Balm
Honey is amazing. It’s amazing in tea and on oatmeal or Cheerios. So I was intrigued by it being a lip balm. This lip balm is super hydrating and made with pure honey – and smells like it too, though not overpowering in any way.
Briogeo Don’t Despair Deep Conditioning Hair Mask
I think this is my gazillionth conditioner in a row XD . But considering my hair is color treated, I’m always looking for good ways to keep it hydrated and keep the frizz away (hello Florida humidity). This conditioner made my hair super super soft without making it feel heavy or oily. Better yet, it doesn’t have any sulfates, phthalates, silicones or dyes in it at all!
Crown Brush Ombre Angle Brush
This brush is a super soft brush that’s perfect for applying blush, highlighter or contour. It’s made out of natural goat hair, and the brush handle has ridges where your fingers fit perfectly for maximum comfort and control when applying product. I’ve been using this for my contour colors and haven’t looked back. 🙂
Well ladies and gents, that looks like everything! This bag was another good one. Personally I think the Superhero Mascara and Liquid Liner were my two favorites.
